Bio

Born and raised in Merced, California, Natalie Flexen is a proud alumna of The Master's University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Management and played collegiate volleyball. She is now loving her role as the Athletics Operations Coordinator and Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Pacifica Christian High School. Following graduation, Natalie began her career in insurance but soon shifted her focus to coaching and administration. Her passion for mentoring and developing young athletes has been a driving force in her career.

Married in 2023, Natalie's husband is a talented volleyball player for UC Irvine and the USA National Team, sharing her enthusiasm for the sport. Her experiences in leadership, mission trips, and career services during college have deeply shaped her coaching approach.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys swimming in the ocean, spending quality time with family and friends, and going to the lake for watersports. She is excited to continue her journey with Pacifica Christian High School and looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of the Athletic Department.
