The Pacifica Christian Girls Volleyball Team came out strong Friday afternoon as they swept Fairmont Prep 3-0. In a packed out Triton Event Center for Pacifica Christian's annual First Friday event, the Wedge was there in full force as they watched the Tritons take on the Huskies in their first league meeting of the season. Coming into the game Fairmont Prep was 0-3 on the season and the Tritons were 5-2. The Orange and Navy were in the driver's seat the whole afternoon as they never gave the Huskies any control, winning the sets 25-8, 25-6, and 25-14. 

Colleen O'Callaghan was the leader on the court this afternoon as she was in command from the service line in the second set. O'Callaghan served 15 continual serves, five of them being aces, giving the Tritons a 22-5 lead. Sophomore Addie Roberson was also dominant from the service line as she recorded seven aces, as well as a solo block. Junior Chara Wondercheck was solid up on the net as she recorded seven kills while libero Charlotte Carlson was steady on defense, with seven digs. 

The Orange and Navy are now 6-2 overall, 1-0 in league play. The team will play in the Portola Invitational tomorrow and will then host Webb on Tuesday, September 5 at 5:45pm.
