Pacifica Christian Hires Director of Tennis Jennifer Jolin

Pacifica Christian High School is proud to announce Jennifer Jolin as the new Director of Tennis, overseeing both the boys' and girls' tennis programs. With a distinguished career as a player and a growing reputation as a passionate coach, including spending the past season coaching the Pacifica Christians Girls JV team,  Jolin is poised to take the school's tennis programs to new heights.

Jolin comes to Pacifica Christian with an impressive playing career that began at McKinleyville High School, where she made history as the first individual in two decades to advance to the CIF Sectional Finals. Her exceptional performance earned her the titles of Most Valuable Player from 2016 to 2019 and Most Improved Player in 2015. Jolin's drive and talent carried her to NCAA DII Concordia University Irvine, where she competed at the collegiate level. During her tenure with the Eagles, she demonstrated outstanding dedication and leadership on and off the court.

A passionate advocate for the game, Jolin is eager to cultivate a culture of excellence and sportsmanship within Pacifica Christian's tennis programs. "Tennis has always been a cornerstone of my life," said Jolin. "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to inspire our student-athletes and help them develop both their skills and their character through this incredible sport."

Director of Athletics & Student Life, Brandon Gonzalez, expressed his enthusiasm for Jolin's appointment: "We are excited to promote Jennifer Jolin as our Director of Tennis. Her impressive background as both a player and leader, combined with her deep love for the game, makes her the perfect fit for this role. We are confident she will build a boys and girls program that embodies the values of Pacifica Christian while helping our athletes reach their full potential."

Jolin's vision includes expanding training opportunities, fostering a strong sense of team unity, and ensuring that student-athletes excel both on the court and in the classroom. She also plans to connect with the local tennis community, creating pathways for Pacifica Christian to establish itself as a premier destination for tennis in Southern California.

Pacifica Christian High School is delighted to welcome Jennifer Jolin and looks forward to seeing her leadership energize the boys' and girls' tennis programs in the coming seasons.
